Sometimes, we’re our own worst enemy when it comes to achieving our health and wellness goals, whether those goals are to lose weight, get stronger, have more energy, or just all around feel better. 

The problem is that oftentimes people don’t understand how they’re sabotaging their own efforts. This can be heartbreaking because for a lot of people it becomes so discouraging that they give up on their goals.
